In the industrial area of Eltham including Susan Street, Bridge Street and Brisbane St. Outlet flows through to the Diamond Creek.

NOTE::Warning

Draining is not legal in most places ... do not enter these drains. This web site is not to encourage you in entering them. At the very least you should read about the hazards and dangers of drains (and other enclosed spaces).

Who, me?

Going up

Some shallow puddles around the opening, but if you are wearing boots this should not be a problem. Stream narrows pretty quickly with lots of dry 'crete.

About half way along the "ELTHAM" there is a large grate in the roof, possibly 4m x 3m in size, try as hard as I can I cannot locate this topside to assist with the mapping ... go figure.

The amount of ventilation thru the structure is one of the reasons that the sane would question the Oxygen warning given at the Entry/Exit. Unless there is a pretty major HazChem incident I think this could be a bit of an upsell.

In the bowels.

The tunnel is pretty tagged up from beginning to end, a few interesting works but a lot of scrawl. Quite a bit of early C/C tagging.

RCP goes where?

Exit.

A message from on high?

And if you play your cards right you can come out of the exit, pop through the hole in the fence and grab a bite of KFC :) or you can turn around and head back to Susan St.
